As well-implemented technologies can increase productivity, quality, safety and reduce costs, BIM has become a popular technology in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction domains. Many studies insist on UI convenience of their software through simple usability tests, but they lacks a deep understanding of the field. To solve this problem, it is necessary to consider user experience and maximize the usability of the software based on user needs. This study is to identify the factors to be considered in analyzing software UX for maximization of the usability and to explore the relationship between the UI and the user in various aspects. This study develops user-specific scenarios and propose UI/UX design guidelines for the quality review BIM software.
